This did not turn out looking like the picture. My tomatoes were so overcooked the skins fell off, and the spinach was a shriveled nothing. Try adding them at the end with the couscous.

This was very good cheese sauce in the sense that I kept dipping things into it: rigatoni, cauliflower, sausage slices. Yum.
