These were good. Vegetarian meatballs made from cauliflower, brown rice, and quinoa. There's a lot of preparation what with cooking the cauliflower and other ingredients before forming the meatballs, but it makes a lot of meatballs for the trouble. I think I ran 4 batches of 8-to-10 meatballs thru the skillet.

This was good. This recipe makes about 2 cups of the Masala paste and you only need 1/4 cup of it for the Masala sauce. Plenty to freeze for later.

I used a different crab cake recipe but made the scampi noodles from this page. I thought the wine made the noodles taste bitter (or some better foodie word for the flavor of cooked wine) on the many bites that the crab didn't make it onto the fork too.

I made crabcakes from a different recipe, served them over the butter lettuce and dressing from this recipe. The lemon in the dressing was a great pairing with the seafood flavor of the crab cake.

This is good but had too much vinegar tang IMO. You could probably use half the vinegar next time.
