  3. This was good: it tasted great and had enough veggies to make mom and dad happy. This was A LOT of meat; next time I might use half the amount of sausage. I shredded the spinach leaves in the food processor to make it look like the picture and it looked wonderful and kept the kids from eating around the spinach leaves.

  5. These were good. Vegetarian meatballs made from cauliflower, brown rice, and quinoa. There's a lot of preparation what with cooking the cauliflower and other ingredients before forming the meatballs, but it makes a lot of meatballs for the trouble. I think I ran 4 batches of 8-to-10 meatballs thru the skillet.

  10. Tasty chocolate chip cookies with half the butter. They stay thicker than the usual recipe, prob due to less fat to melt in the oven.
