Yummy soup. The base recipe lacked a little kick as written, but explains in the introduction that it benefits when you add a little zing. I used twice as much thyme as called for. Zing!

This was very good soup. I'd even go so far as saying it was "amazing", as the recipe name states, given that the italian sausage was the only ingredient that I don't normally have in my kitchen.
