I took these cookies to a friend's house as dessert. Everyone loved them. I made them much smaller than the recipe: using mini marshmallows and 1 square of chocolate per cookie.

Made this one. I used the whites of the spring onions as the "1/2 onion" in the broth and that was just too spicy. Use a regular onion for the broth and only the greens of the spring onion for the garnish.
