  1. This was good. I scaled it by about 5 times for the HPC free lunch. I also used proportionally less red pepper flakes than the recipe calls for: it was still spicy enough but not boring.

  2. Used this recipe for Free Lunch with 2 #10 cans of collard greens, 4 LARGE onions, 2 Tbs paprika, 6 cups crushed tomatoes, and 3 or 4 Tbs Scotch Bonnet pepper sauce. Very good.

  5. Made this for HPC Free Lunch. Everyone enjoyed it. I used 60 eggs, 12 cups of whole milk, about 5 lbs of bacon and 2 bags of BJs frozen broccoli.

  9. I made these pork chops for the free lunch. People liked them but I personally thought the glaze had an unpleasant bitterness that I'm attributing to the Worcestershire sauce. Leave that out next time.

  10. Made these pork chops. Tasted good but my breading was soggy, not crispy. I'll trim more fat off the chops next time. Or maybe bone-in chops (which I used) produce more drippings that boneless?
